We’re here to help you or someone you know who is suffering from mental health, substance abuse or addiction issues in the Scottish Highlands. You are not alone.
Accessing information and getting the right support can be critical and provide a lifeline to so many. That’s why we offer a range of options to provide person-centred support to help people on their journey to mental wellbeing.
Drop In Support
If you need to just talk to someone we’re here, face-to-face with a warm welcome and no judgement. Our first of its kind in the Highlands drop in service is open in Inverness and Caithness. It’s free, and far from clinical. In fact all our support workers have lived experience and get it.
Wellness Walks
We all know how much it helps not only our mental wellbeing but also physical health to get outdoors and in company. That’s why we run Clarity Walk which offers walks for all abilities and brings together people who are isolated, lonely and suffering from mental ill-health. These walks are free and can be booked online. Find out more.
Residential Recovery
While we aim to support people in our drop in centres or their own homes, some people with enduring mental ill-health need more support, so we also offer residential care at our Recovery Centre in Inverness. It doesn’t look or feel like a hospital. Far from it. All our residents have peace of mind that they can stay as long as they need to in order to recover. Find out more.
Community Support
We’re proud to have dedicated community support teams working in the Inverness, Easter Ross, Caithness and Lochaber areas helping more than 300 people who are living in their own homes with varying levels of support for their mental ill-health. Our community-based services provide more than 1,500 hours of support each week. Find out more.
Private Care and Support
Centred Plus is our care package tailored completely to your own needs because not everyone is in the same position. We offer private mental health and care support to those who need it, putting the people we support at the very centre of the planning process, tailoring the care to their own needs. Find out more.
