Clarity Walk
Centred runs a wellbeing initiative called Clarity Walk which was founded by Matt Wallace in 2019.
Matt developed Clarity Walk using the methods which helped him recover from depression. These methods were taking time away from digital devices, spending more time in nature and connecting regularly with others.
About our Wellness Walks
At Centred we now run a range of wellness walks amongst nature every week. They are free to join for anyone who needs help with their mental wellbeing or is feeling isolated and lonely. There’s a range of walks to suit all needs from accessible walks to longer and more challenging walks.
It is our mission to bring people together in nature with our walks to build stronger, more connected communities to reduce isolation, anxiety and depression.
Our aim for everyone who joins us at Clarity Walk is to empower you to better manage and cope with life’s challenges, allowing you to achieve personal growth and a sense of purpose.
But also, making connections and building friendships over a hot cuppa and a biscuit after each walk.
So why not join others in your community and take the first step towards physical and mental wellbeing.
